reconnecting, and creating meaningful change. I support individuals and groups on both their personal and spiritual journeys, using mindfulness and meditation as part of my therapeutic counselling practice.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My work is grounded in my own faith and values as a Muslim, and the support I offer is held within that context. You do not need to be Muslim to work with me \u2014 people of all backgrounds are welcome. What matters most is openness, reflection, and a desire to grow with greater awareness, balance, and integrity.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>People often come to me when they
